The properties next to the cottage are owned by Chapel By The Sea so there is an unobstructed view of Estero Blvd, and if you look closely, of the gulf. Needs a little TLC, but is worth the effort. The rental potential for the property is excellent as this is a weekly rental street. Also large backyard if you want a pool. Chapel St. has a great beach access and you can walk to everything.
