There is a separate FRONT HOUSE located on this property. While the guesthouse features its own entirely private entrance and a private in-unit laundry room, the beautiful outdoor courtyard grounds are shared with the front house.

Living & Workspace:
Relax on a comfy loveseat and armchairs. The room has built-in bookshelves, vintage decor, natural light, and easy access to the outdoors. There is also a writing desk by the window.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas stove, oven, toaster oven, sink, dishes, glassware, and cookware.

Bedroom:
Full-size bed with soft bedding, pillows, and bedside shelving with lighting.

Bathroom:
Clean walk-in glass shower, fresh towels, and a vanity area.

Laundry:
In-unit washer and dryer, plus a utility sink and iron.

Free street parking: There is ample free parking available, making it very easy to find a spot.

Please Note: The guesthouse is an upper-level unit accessed via an exterior flight of stairs. The space directly underneath the unit is completely separate and not part of the rental. There is a separate FRONT HOUSE located on the property. While you have a completely private entrance and a dedicated private laundry room, located beautifully just around the right side of the building, the outdoor courtyard grounds are shared. Guests are welcome to explore the left side of the building, where you will find a full chicken coop with organic, cage-free fresh eggs to gather and enjoy every day!
