Renters (2) who is fully gainfully employed, or a student: clean, sober, responsible, and mindful of other house occupants.

The space has its own separate outside downstairs entry and is partially furnished with a 1-queen bed, dresser, closet.

No pets allowed. Monthly rent of $850.00 and $800 cleaning/damage deposit which is refundable after end of lease subject to deductions costs for any cleanup and damage repairs, if applicable.
