Renter (1) who is fully gainfully employed, or a student: clean, sober, responsible, and mindful of other house occupants.
The space has its own separate outside downstairs entry and is partially furnished with a 1-queen bed, dresser, closet.
The owner will require credit and background checks which cost $45. Please do not contact me if you are unwilling to pay the $45.00, have a criminal record or current criminal activity. No pets allowed. Monthly rent of $775.00 (Includes basic utilities) and $750 cleaning/damage deposit which is refundable after end of lease subject to deductions costs for any cleanup and damage repairs, if applicable.
