There’s a private driveway for this unit only that fits 2-3 vehicles and a small backyard. Renter must be okay with maintaining the yard and keeping it mowed. (Very small yard but enough to have a patio and small garden.)

If you need storage there’s plenty here. An enclosed storage area off the yard and a large walk up attic.

This duplex is unique where the back half of each unit is separated by a yard and the front half of each unit is soundproofed. So very minimal noise from next door will be heard if any.
