The application fee is $15 per person over the age of 18 and there is an additional fee for a background check that is paid directly to the screening company. We collect a $150 holding deposit for the unit to be held while you are completing the application process. The $150 will be credited to your deposit upon completion and approval of the application, or returned to you if you do not qualify. You will forfeit the fee if you back out or don't complete the process. There is a $18 per month damage waiver fee. You must make at least twice the monthly rent in verifiable income. If you have a HUD voucher, you must make an amount equal to one month's rent to ensure you can afford utilities and basic living expenses.

We are pet friendly with breed restrictions. Our one-time pet fee is $200.00 per pet and $10/monthly pet fee, 2 pet limit per unit.
