Violating strict rules may result in reservation cancellation without refund and immediate eviction. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500. No pets allowed. A $100 fine will be applied if trash bins are blocked on trash day.
