Cottage Row Carlsbad is a very unique and small community with only 24 units and they are duplex type cottages. Tenants share kitchen wall and carport. All houses has a backyard.
Our units have a waiting list, therefore, we rarely have to wait until tenants move out to have a signed lease. We strongly advise you to request to be on the list if you wish to move into one of our units. This way, as soon as someone gives notice, you will be the first to know about availability. After we contact those in our waiting list, if the time is not right for them for one reason or another, then we have the ads up.
