A bonus room includes another king-size bed and a working desk. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with free Netflix/Roku and basic local channels. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and basic kitchenware for simple meals. Guests can enjoy high-speed internet and a cooling and heating system with humidifier control for added comfort. A washer and dryer are available for long-stay guests.
For guests traveling with pets, small pets under 25 lbs may be approved with prior authorization and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
