Upgraded windows- you CANNOT HEAR/NOTICE the Penman road noise due to the upgraded windows throughout the house. I do not know the name of the windows but they were very expensive and are known for their noise diminishing capabilities (my home inspector told me this) I almost did not purchase this home, because this was my biggest concern with the house (I grew up in the country off a dirt road)- however, once I moved in, it was never an issue. Keep in mind the house is empty now, which causes an echo.
The area behind the house is for Kiwannis. They never bothered me in the 5 years I had the house. They meet once a week. This is not a private business, they don't hold parties and they don't make noise. The back fence property line is a foot farther back from where the fence is placed- I just never saw the point of having the fence pushed back as it would impede on their parking lot and cost me money to move the fence.
I installed the niche for the tv cable box. My 70 inch flat screen tv looked awesome above the fireplace. It's propane.
Corian countertops throughout kitchen and bathroom.
The other town homes next door DO NOT have the upgrades I have- they don't have the tile downstairs, the sidebar cabinet in the kitchen, the fireplace, they are smaller in size and they don't the two car garage. I am almost sure my home was the preconstruction model before they built the other homes next door.
NO HOA!!!!! I am only moving because I am relocating to Dallas for my company (Aramark) and my fiance who lives there as well.
