April Sound Country Club facilities available with additional fee ($55). 25-30 minutes to The Woodlands. 15 minutes to Conroe Medical Center. Visa/MC accepted. April Sound HOA charges a $77 registration fee if rental is 4 months or more. There are no lake views from this property.
