The luxury lodge has 8100 SF of heated living space across four levels: a main level, two lower levels, and an upper level with a children's bedroom and playroom. All levels are serviced by a well-located elevator. There are seven bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two powder rooms. There are two bedrooms on the main level, two on each of the two lower levels, and one on the upper level over the garage. The home will have a sauna with a massage room, a wine cellar with a tasting room, a speakeasy-style bourbon tasting room, a billiards room, a theater, an exercise room, a computerized golf course simulator room, entertainment rooms, an office, and a safe room with gun storage. There are 4 zoned Trane HVAC systems, one system for each level of the home. The garage will have a mini split HVAC system. The garage floor will have an epoxy non-slip coating. There will be a pet washing station in the garage. The laundry rooms are on the main floor and the first lower level. The three back decks have Trex decking. The home has 7 gas log fireplaces.
