There is a 4/5 person occupancy limit. We do not accept section 8. Each applicant over the age of 18 must do a credit/background check. This is a cost of $45 for each person. This fee is not paid to the landlord. It is paid directly to the company that does the screening! To get in the home it is the first months rent last months rent, cleaning fee and a $1000 deposit. The deposit is fully refundable upon move out, providing the home is left clean with no damages and all rent is paid.
