My parents are renting out my previous room for $1,000 a month in a very nice quiet Santa Ana neighborhood off 17th Street and Grand Avenue. It would require the first months rent on move in day, as well as a $1,000 deposit for a total of $2,000 on move in day. It would be a month to month contract and a fully furnished room.

All Utilities are included in the rent. That is water, trash, gas, internet, and electricity.

You will have full access to the following:
-Living rooms
-Kitchen
-Washer/dryer area (just be courteous of others if they are washing)
-Backyard
-Front yard
-Shared bathroom with other tenant
-One designated parking space in driveway

The bathroom is fully remodeled, so everything is new inside of it. The bedroom has a brand new Full size bed frame, mattress, sheets, and pillows. There is a full closet for your clothing and personal items. It includes a large clothing dresser, small night stand, tv on tv wall mount, and ceiling fan.

The following things are prohibited and outlined in the contract:
-No Smoking
-No drugs or illegal activities
-No pets (unless it is a service animal)
-No couples

My parents speak fluent Spanish as a first language, but speak English as well. This is a great room for someone who is single, a working professional or a student who does not have a lot of things as the room is fully furnished.
