This townhouse is steps from the boardwalk and beach, and within walking distance to local waterparks and the aquarium. The area is full of great dining options, from family-friendly seafood spots to casual beachside eateries. Wildwood is known for being pedestrian- and bike-friendly. Beyond the beach, enjoy nearby attractions like the Wildwood Convention Center, Doo Wop architecture tours, and family fun at Morey’s Piers and Splash Zone Waterpark. Take a short drive to Cape May for charming shops, fine dining, and historic tours, or head to Stone Harbor for boutique shopping and quieter beaches.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Smoking is permitted outside and well away from any doors or windows, and all debris must be cleaned up. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet.
