The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. Smoking indoors and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. A lost FOB/access card will result in a $250 charge, and a replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations, with heating running from October 13 to May 1 and air conditioning available from May 15 to October 1.
