For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Please park only in designated white spaces to avoid being towed, as yellow spaces are reserved, and we are not responsible for towed vehicles. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations, with heating running from October 13 to May 1 and air conditioning available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
