The unit you'll be staying in is situated facing the street, which might result in potential noise due to its location. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with a risk of a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Please check out on time, as late departures will incur a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
The condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, making it remote work-friendly. The open-concept living room provides a comfortable space for streaming and relaxing, with plush seating and a smart TV.
SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
