The house is perfect for anyone relocating to the area or on an extended vacation and is well-suited for families with kids. We are happy to consider short-term and long-term rentals and will have availability beginning July 1. 3-4 month rentals are $3850/month off-season and $5500/month in-season (Jan-Mar). An annual lease will be considered and would be $4,850/month.
