Also, when storming or when the valley is parked out, a Base Camp condo is a fabulous location as compared to other lower priced condos because there is no waiting for a shuttle bus - it is a only short walk to 5 ski lifts for early powder runs, 2 restaurants, shopping, the KCA clubhouse, or to the meadow for a cross country ski. Kirkwood Community Rec Center and Clubhouse membership is included and it is customary for the buyer to pay the transfer fee (for this property that fee is 1% of the purchase price.) Laundry is available onsite. The owners rent an exterior lockable storage room from the HOA for gear and firewood. And the windows were replaced about 10 years ago. Sold fully furnished.
