All three bedrooms have access to the hall bathroom. Bedroom 1 has two full beds and a mantle above the fireplace. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin daybed. The kitchen is fully equipped with flatware, bakeware, mugs, and a drip coffee pot for all your cooking needs. There's a lockbox on the front door with a key inside. We will provide you with the code 24 hours prior to your arrival. We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
