The Hershey North Platte River Retreat is a very nice opportunity to own a hunting and recreational property of the much sought after North Platte River.
The property has great access off of Wildlife Road. This is where the approximate 23 acres of hay meadow is located. The meadow is fenced off from the trees.

The approximate 65 acres of trees is also completely fenced for livestock grazing. There is a channel that flows through the northern portion of the trees. This channel comes from the western neighbors pond. In wetter times there is another channel that flows south of the north channel. There are crossings of these waterways on both the east and west sides of the property.

The North Platte River in this area is channelized and the river bank looks to be stable. A recorded boundary line agreement does indicate that the southern boundary of the property is a fence line on the south side of the river channel.
