The living /dining room has room for a good size table and chairs and a sofa and love seat or several chairs. You will enjoy the beautiful fan/light in the living room with remote. All of the lights in this home have remotes.
There are plantation shutters on all of the windows, even in the garage. The curtains on the slider out to the side patio stay with the home. There are lovely french doors out to the glass enclosed lanai and they can be locked. The lanai has a fan and wall to wall carpeting as well as shades that can be drawn. As you venture out on the pavered side and back patio, you will notice two Sun Setter remote awnings and another awning over the side living room window. The entire yard has sprinklers and a drip system has been set up for the plants on the shepherd hooks and the wall. There is no need for lawncare as the yard is all stone.aThe Master bedroom has room for a king-sized bed and the bathroom has a linen closet, a beautiful large tiled shower with a seat, and a great closet.
