The property can be accessed by a paved road via Kingsland Dr. To reach the lot behind the last house at the dead end, you would go through the connecting lot from the road and around the neighbor’s property. Electricity was observed on the street, but no water connection was seen. The lot will need to be cleared before any building or camping. There is no slope from the road into the property, and the land is mostly flat. No fence or trash was observed. It did not appear that anyone is living on the properties. There is a yard up the road with many vehicles, but aside from that, the area feels like a normal neighborhood.”
