Free parking is available at the property, with space for a maximum of three cars under the house on the left side. Please ensure not to block or park on the right side. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs allowed per property, each weighing no more than 30 lbs. A $120 pet cleaning fee plus tax applies for one pet. Pets must be kept on a leash under supervision while outside and walked in designated pet areas. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

This property is a duplex with some shared amenities and features a security camera outside for your safety. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters exceeding this limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy is required upon booking, and the traveler must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation.
