Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations.
