Upon arrival at the property, guests must check-in with the front desk. The person whose name the reservation is under must be always present during the reservation and needs to provide a valid government ID. Rules and regulations are reviewed and signed by the guest. There is no luggage service, but valet luggage carts can be checked out for use at the front desk with a valid government-issued ID. FOBs, keycards, and keys will be given at this time to guests. HOA management will collect a copy and archive valid government-issued identification of all guests prior to check-in. Guests return FOBs, keycards, and/or keys to the front desk. Access is through a lockbox. Provided services by the building include 24/7 front desk, water, cable, and Wi-Fi included, and check-in and check-out services.
