The property has all utilities, including APS electric and broadband. There is also a back-up generator which serves the house, well, and barn. It’s located on a road which the county regularly maintains year round. I found the drive easy and pleasant in my Camry, and it took me less than 30 minutes to get to the property from Flagstaff. The current owners have lived there 13 years full-time. This home has hardwood floors throughout with the the exception of the laundry room and entry (which both have ceramic floor tiles). The house has two interior bathrooms, and the detached double garage/workshop has one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The bathroom was installed by the previous owners.
