Appears to be a brackish canal that leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico with great fishing the whole way. There is a limit on boat height due to bridge, I measured from bottom of bridge to water surface at 5:00 p.m. on January 29, 2020 almost an hour and a half past high tide and there was approximately 6' of room. Approximately 1500' to bait shop, 1 mile to Hospital with trauma center, 1.2 miles to Hudson Beach featuring Sam's on the Beach, Inn on the Gulf, and Hudson beach Ice Cream Parlor, 2.25 miles to Wal-mart, and 2.6 miles to SunWest freshwater park and many other Hudson favorites. Great location within the Hudson community. All sizes are approximate.
