The house is located one mile away from I-696, about 10 miles from I-75, and approximately 20 minutes to downtown Detroit. There is plenty of off-street parking available for up to four vehicles.
This is a lower-level flat with guests in the upper flat, but each unit is 100% private from each other. The backyard is only available to this unit and is fully fenced. A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety, monitoring only the exterior entryway. Check-out time is 11 AM, with a $250 fee for late check-out after 11:15 AM. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, with a $250 fine for noise complaints. A $250 fine applies if furniture is moved from its original position. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors/rugs. Smoking is only allowed outside, with a $1000 fine for smoking inside the unit. Dispose of all smoking waste in the green dumpster, with a $250 fine if debris is left behind after your stay.
