This is a lower-level flat, and while there are guests in the upper flat, each unit is 100% private from each other. The backyard is only available to this unit and is fully fenced. Check-out time is 11 AM, and a $250 fee will be charged if you check out after 11:15 AM. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, and noise complaints will incur a $250 fine. Please do not move furniture, as a $250 fine will apply if furniture is moved from its original position. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors/rugs. Smoking is only allowed outside, with a $1000 fine for smoking inside the unit.
