The one acre lot has been cleared of all albizia trees and the back has been fenced with hog wire fencing. The original chain link is still in place near the home. Part of the chain link has 2 lilikoi vines producing fruit (passion fruit) There are also a few papaya trees along one border of the property.
The hot water system has a timer and a recirculating pump (also on a timer) to help reduce the cost of electricity because of the length of the home.
