The GAF shingles are top of the line with 100% ice and water shield membrane. The fireplace was upgraded to a granite stone veneer and lined with a stainless steel liner to the furnace in 2023. The walk up attic in the main part of the home has newly replaced insulation in 2012 and offers great storage. The formal living room was remodeled in 2019 to include new sheet rock ceiling, new plumbing to upstairs bath, new lighting. The custom designed fireplace mantle and high end fireplace doors also include a Carrera Marble facing and threshold.
