Allysa is an absolutely incredible agent. I can’t say enough good things about Allysa, through our whole moving process she was so supportive and exceptionally helpful in finding our first home; while also selling our home. She showed us so many good contenders and was flexible with her showing times so we where able to see back to back listings.

Although our buyer gave us issues Allysa stayed calm and supportive, while explaining everything in the process. I highly recommend using her as an agent if you want a smooth and fantastic experience in buying/selling/ or renting !!!

Allysa worked with my girlfriend and I in securing our condo! She was knowledgeable, professional and always accommodating in every aspect along the way! She always made extra time when we really needed something or to go back up to the place even if she didn't originally have it. She worked around the clock and always kept us updated throughout the process as well. My husband and I unexpectedly met this amazing Realtor by arriving late to a showing for a house we just wanted to checkout. She was cordial, warm and very knowledgeable at first meeting, even genuinely gracious to our children. We immediately knew we had to partner up with her.

The market was rough at the time we started looking. Houses were being snatched up with cash offers, but she remained focused on our dreams and she was diligent. Our tastes felt specific to us. She gave us wise advice while still allowing us to dream big. We saw several houses and she was willing to cut out time and travel everywhere on our tight schedule. We fell in love with Allysa.

Along the way, we hit a rough patch with a house we "thought we wanted" and she helped us through that too. Soon enough, we saw our dream home. Although it was out of our price range, we went for it anyway because she never held us back...it became ours!! We are blessed and so fortunate to have had her as a crucial part to our home finding dream team. We have already recommended her to a few people and will continue that.

Thank you to the Mapleridge staff who originally met my husband before we even began the process, which solidified our choice to have Allysa as our Realtor. She is a great people person and truly loves helping people. God bless you all!

Wow! Allysa was absolutely amazing with the sale of our mother's home of 65 years! She was committed through the entire process and was always just a phone call away to all of our family members. I had the opportunity to have Alyssa as my agent. She was nothing short of amazing. No matter the time of day, she answered my calls. If she didnt have the answer to a question she would find it. As a first time home buyer, she never made me feel like I was a bother. Alyssa was more then willing to always help....I wish everyone was as professional and caring as she is. I was referred to Allysa by a coworker when my son was offered a full time position at a local
University and needed to find a rental fast as he was about to move cross-country from Arizona to Connecticut.

Allysa is great! Full of energy and knowledge of the local area, which was a huge help since we were really coming into this blind. She performed multiple searches, recommended neighborhoods, and drove me around to multiple properties.

When all was said and done we were able to find a rental and move in all in less than two weeks!

I would highly recommend her….you won’t be disappointed!!
