There are 2 full beds, a sectional couch, and a dining room table in the property the tenant can use. Will be very strict when it comes to possible tenant's income. I want to see longevity in the workplace and a low debt to income ratio. I am looking for at least 3k a month of income after tax. I will be looking at your credit to see how much you have going out vs coming in and make a judgment on whether or not there's enough of a cushion so we both don't end up in a bad situation. My last tenants stayed for 7 years.
