Guests must check-in online using the Virtual Front Desk at least three days prior to arrival or at the time of booking if less than 48 hours from arrival. Arrival instructions and property access are provided after completing the Check-In and Lodging Agreement and verifying information. The minimum age to book is 21, and age verification is required after booking. Identity verification, including a valid credit card, government-issued photo ID, and a live selfie, is necessary. The property reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests and may terminate a reservation for any reason.
