A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
Conveniently located just a block away from local restaurants, patio bars, and entertainment, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Downtown Cleveland is just a quick 15-minute drive away, and for those visiting the Cleveland Clinic, the home is only 1.5 miles from the Euclid Campus.
Decibel readers track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice. Guests are reminded to remove their shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Charcoal grills require guests to bring their own charcoal.
