The separate dining area connects to the large, fully equipped kitchen that includes a raised breakfast bar, island with prep sink, sufficient counter/prep space, and all appliances. OUTDOOR SPACE: The private balcony is located just off of the living room and offers great views of Washington Street, the channel, or just a great place to relax. In addition to the private balcony, there is shared access to the rooftop deck and entertaining space with breathtaking views of the waterfront and downtown area.
