For a true beach experience, Sunset Beach is a couple of blocks (or a short paddle) away or Fred Howard Park on the Gulf is about 1/2 mile.
Up one flight of stairs is the main floor with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a half bath. Enjoy the cooling breezes off the water on your screen porch off of the living room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bath and a second bedroom at the other end of the hall. The laundry closet is conveniently on this floor as well. Check out the wonderful view of the mangroves and the Gulf from the Master bedroom corner window. With a few minor upgrades, this can be rental-ready as the furniture and furnishings are included. The AC is 7 years old, the Water Heater 5 years. A new roof was just installed in April. The building has been resided with Hardie Board siding. There is a storage room off the large carport with plenty of room for a bike or other recreation gear and you can store kayaks or other beach gear in the carport.
The community has a large clubhouse, pool, spa, and fitness room. There is also a tennis court. Keys are available in the unit to go see the clubhouse. Be sure to walk down to the waterfront to see The Gulf of Mexico and nearby Sunset Beach.
Everyone loves to visit the Sponge Docks area of Tarpon Springs and enjoy the local culture with many fine stores, antique shops, restaurants, art stores, and cultural centers. First Friday in downtown Tarpon Springs is a MUST! The Condo fee includes water, sewer, trash, pool, cable, plus maintenance and insurance of the buildings, including flood insurance, and grounds.
