Palermo has so many amenities! Pool/spa, Billiards room, Community room, Conference room and 24 Hour Fitness Center. Conveniently located just a few blocks from the center of Little Italy to India St. Embarcadero is about 5 blocks from the unit. Gaslamp is South of the unit, but in close proximity. About 2-3 miles from the San Diego airport and easy access to the 5 freeway. Some of the photos are from several years ago with tenant's furniture. Unit is now painted gray with a light gray carpet. Very nice unit on the 5th floor. Oversized balcony shares common pony wall with unit next door. This unit has the largest balcony in the complex. It's HUGE!
