The Bird's Eye Retreat boasts a giant, fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you need to create your favorite meals, including a Nespresso pod maker and carafe coffee maker. The open-concept living room and kitchen feature gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake, and the living room includes a working fireplace and a 55-inch Smart TV with Roku. The outdoor living space is the true star of Bird’s Eye Retreat, with a furnished wrap-around deck, a wood-burning fire pit, a gas fire pit, an outdoor dining table, and a propane grill. A second outdoor living space includes a fire pit, Adirondack seating, and a hammock overlooking Beaver Lake.
The home is equipped with an EV charging station for your convenience. Extra linens and towels are provided during your stay, and the property is kid-friendly, offering a Pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware.
With 700 feet of lake shoreline, the home offers breathtaking panoramic views and direct access to all that Beaver Lake has to offer. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Enter the lake at your own risk, and water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors. The house uses well water, which is regularly treated, though a slight sulfur odor is to be expected.
