If a pet is considered an emotional support animal, a doctor’s note from a licensed medical professional that is considered capable to deem such animal as an emotional support animal will be required at the time the application is received.

OCCUPANTS: Resident agrees that the property will be occupied only by the resident's immediate family - or - max number of unrelated tenants: 2. Full credit and background check will need to be run on all individuals 18 and older prior to any lease signing.
INCOME: The combined gross income of all persons living in the rental must be at least 3x the monthly rental rate.
