Buried perforated pipe and regraded the yard to ensure proper drainage. Re-supported and installed a tin roof over the garage. All windows that have been replaced are triple pane (only ones left are on the south facing wall and the skylights). Materials already purchased and left with building: Kitchen cabinets and brand new stainless steel appliances. Metal copper roofing, located off to the side of the house, for A-Frame and garage addition roof to match new copper roofing on main addition.
