Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies, including one set of towels per registered guest, is provided. Washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. A Damage Waiver Fee covers accidental damage, but intentional damage, smoking inside, and parties incur a $300 fine each. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300.
