The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies, including one set of towels per registered guest, is provided. Washcloths are not included. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to the property, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 replacement fee. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
