Within a mile walk or less are: Downtown and Safeway shopping centers; Providence Hospital; K-12 schools; parks; churches; and Mission Beach. Being near the ocean, some apartments have an ocean view. The complex is a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with plenty of off street parking. Sea View has a condo feel as opposed to the typical apartment complex.
