No pets or emotional support animals are allowed, subject to a $100 fine for violations and immediate eviction. No smoking is allowed, subject to a $200 fine for violations. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, and violations will result in a canceled stay and non-refund. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. A $60 initial late fee applies for guests who do not check out by 11 am, with an additional $30 per hour thereafter. The property features a Ring doorbell for security, and both units in the bungalow can be booked at a discount. Streaming services are bring your own login, and starter supplies are provided to help you settle in. Any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
