Driveway parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional street parking in front of the home. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays over 7 nights, with a fee equivalent to the regular cleaning fee. Extended stay cleaning fees of $65 per week apply for stays of 6 or more nights.
Located in the heart of Corpus Christi, this bungalow is centrally located near Downtown, McGee Beach, Cole Park, and Pier. The vibrant neighborhood offers an array of dining options and is within walking distance to Christus Spohn Bayfront Hospital, grocery stores, cafes, and more. While a car is recommended due to the limited public transportation system, the property is steps away from a local bus stop and just 1 mile from the primary Corpus Christi bus station.
The property has a no-pets policy, with a $100 fine for violations, and a no-smoking policy, with a $200 fine for violations verified by an ozone machine. A maximum of 4 guests is allowed, and violations will result in a canceled stay and non-refund. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. A $60 initial late fee applies for guests who do not check out by 11 AM, with an additional $30 per hour thereafter. No parties or events are allowed, and guests must notify the host of any issues within 2 hours of check-in. Trash must be placed in the provided receptacle at the back of the property, and a minimum charge of $50 will apply if checkout procedures are not followed. A minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for any incidents involving blood, urine, feces, pet waste, etc. Guests assume responsibility for any accidents or injuries on the property and agree to release and indemnify the host from any liability. Personal mail, items, or packages may not be delivered to the home without express written consent from the host. Any items left behind will incur a minimum trip fee charge of $25 plus the cost of shipping.
