I'm 1529 N 18th Street, but you can call me Florence. I was born in Bismarck in 1961. I have a lot of great qualities and although I am happy at this stage of life, a gal gets lonely. Which is why I am seeking a new owner. I've had my fair share of relationships, most of which were great but the last one really burned me, literally. I unfortunately succumbed to a fire that left me looking rough around the edges. THANKFULLY the great people at Tobias Marman Construction helped me get my groove back! They gave me a complete makeover which makes me feel as lovely as those homes I see on HGTV. I am happy to announce that I got a facelift, including new siding, doors, windows and roof. No makeover is complete without an internal overhaul as well. I have been upgraded with a new HVAC system, I'll keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I am top to bottom finished. Brand new EVERYTHING! You will love the beautiful kitchen and living areas which are perfect for entertaining. I have a great patio space just waiting for a grill! The basement is perfect for hosting any sort of game or movie night, complete with a bar area to stock up on your favorite beverages. The second-floor rec area would be a great place for a pool table. Did I mention the bonus room in the basement? It could be used for an office, Fox Den, or Man Cave, you decide, and I'll be on board. I have a total of 3 spacious bedrooms, plus a Master suite that is too good to be true! You can have coffee out on the deck with stunning views of the Capitol (one of the best places to watch the fireworks.) If you appreciate a large walk in closet, you will not be disappointed in the one I have for you. The on-suite bath is roomy as well! Did I mention that you could free up a lot of your time driving the kids around by having them walk or ride their bikes to School?? And during the summer, you can sit back with a cold Spritzer while the tykes hightail it to Hillside Park for afternoons spent at the pool.
