This condo is a first floor unit in a great location and close to everything. The view from your lanai is of a nice pond and fountain so you hear the sound of water. It is very peaceful. You have covered parking and it is right out of your front door and there are 2 storage units, one on the lanai and one under your covered parking. The community pool, which is very nice, in right across the parking lot from your front door. The landscaping in this complex is very well kept and if you like to walk there are lots of areas do that. There is a gulf access canal on the property to go kayaking or canoeing.
The unit itself is nice but needs updating. If you are looking for a perfect 2nd home or a new condo to downsize into, this is the unit and the complex. The neighbors are terrific and it is a mix of seasonal snowbirds and full time residences.
