Serving E1 to E9, the Serra Mesa Community is located in on base, just 12 miles from the front gate of Camp Pendleton, Interstate 5, Del Mar Beach, and Oceanside Pier. The community is within walking distance of the MCCS country store, exchange, and fast food restaurants. The Serra Mesa Community includes two story homes with one or two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms.

Serra Mesa’s great location means that shopping, duty stations and attractions are just minutes away. Additionally, the COASTER trains, which run south to San Diego, connect with the SPRINTER in Oceanside. There are a number of local elementary, middle, and high schools around Serra Mesa, with LAX and San Diego Airport less than two hours away.
